2. Service Description
Vibe Rides is a ride-matching platform that connects festival attendees for carpooling opportunities. We provide a matching service only and do not provide transportation services directly.
Important: Vibe Rides is not a transportation company. We do not own, operate, or control any vehicles. We simply connect users who want to share rides to festivals.
3. User Responsibilities
For Drivers:
- Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Responsible for your vehicle and the safety of all passengers
- Must comply with all traffic laws and regulations
- Vehicle must be roadworthy and properly maintained
For Riders:
- Responsible for your own safety and behavior
- Must treat drivers and vehicles with respect
- Must be punctual and communicate any changes
- Responsible for agreed-upon cost sharing
4. Platform Liability
Important Disclaimer:
Vibe Rides provides ride-matching services only and takes no liability for actual transportation. All rides are arranged between individual users at their own risk.
We are not responsible for: vehicle accidents, personal injuries, property damage, theft, criminal acts, or any other incidents that may occur during shared rides. Users participate in ride-sharing at their own risk and should take appropriate safety precautions.
5. Bank Verification and Payment Terms
No Refund Policy:
Bank verification fees ($2.50) are non-refundable under any circumstances.This fee is processed immediately upon payment and covers verification processing costs. No refunds will be provided for bank verification, even if you cancel your account, delete your profile, or decide not to use the service.

- Verified users receive enhanced matching privileges
- Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe
6. User Conduct
Users agree to:
- Not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or age
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Respect other users and maintain appropriate behavior
- Not engage in illegal activities or allow them in your vehicle
- Not use the platform for commercial ride services
- Report inappropriate behavior or safety concerns
7. Festival Content
Festival organizers who create festival pages are responsible for all content and confirm they do not allow racism, violence, or illegal activities at their events. Vibe Rides reserves the right to remove festival listings that violate these standards.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in inappropriate behavior, or compromise platform safety. Users may also delete their accounts at any time, but bank verification fees remain non-refundable.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
